Same event is described in all mythological or spiritual teachings of the past period under different names.Its very nature of space/time as described in rising of phoenix (benu) bird from its own ashes. In Sumer and Babylonia same event is referred to as times of crossing associated with passing of 11th planet (Niburu), which is also depicted in Egyptian mythology and elsewhere.

yes, well i do agree with you. we have ourselves to blame, that is why we must take action and start to wake ourselves and eachother up! all the news ever care about is, as you said viewer ratings.

By mainstream Fox you include Fox I assume. And the reason why the news turned to more gossip, car chases, flashy graphics and attack politics is... wait for it... Fox news' ratings. So, blame the public who watch Fox news.
